Operating Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST).
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST)

2. Transit Time

Standard Shipping: Delivery typically occurs within 5–6 business days after the order is dispatched.
Expedited Shipping: Available upon request for an additional fee, subject to availability and carrier restrictions.

3. Estimated delivery time based on customer locations

Your total delivery time is calculated as:

All destinations: 7-10 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues or weather conditions.

4. Shipping Charges

A flat shipping fee of $405.00 applies to all orders.
Additional fees may apply based on delivery location.
All shipping charges are clearly displayed during checkout before you confirm your purchase.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details to monitor your shipment.

6. Shipping Locations & Restrictions

We currently only ship within the United States.
No shipments to P.O. boxes or international addresses.
Orders may be canceled if a delivery address is inaccessible or restricted by carriers or regulations.

7. Order Modifications & Cancellations

To request a change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, modifications or cancellations may no longer be possible.
